Grant Support:

Over the last 25+ years, we’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with many groups to aid in the development and execution of grant-funded projects.  As a subcontractor (or co-investigator), our team has supported several projects funded by NIH (SBIR, STTR, R01, R21, etc.), BARDA, DARPA, CDMRP, and numerous others.  We have the expertise and experience to help guide a successful research strategy, and as a full service CRO, we are also able to complete all of the proposed work in a timely manner once the application is funded.

To support your grant application, we provide the following at no charge with the understanding that we’ll be performing the work if funded: 

• An introductory call to discuss the goals and help design appropriate experiments
• Comprehensive study designs and quotes for each phase of the application
• Language to support your development of the VAS (for in vivo studies)
• Letter(s) of support
• A description of our facilities and resources
• and anything else you may need!

If you aren’t funded the first time around, we’re happy to discuss reviewer feedback and modify the research plan and quotes to increase the likelihood of success.  Once awarded, we are ready to move quickly to execute the studies.

Consulting:

For those looking for a more customized and hands-on approach, the BioModels team is here to support your preclinical program with strategic and technical expertise.  Our decades of experience and work with 100s of companies across numerous therapeutic indications gives us a unique perspective and a detailed understanding of how best to position your potential therapeutic.  We will work tirelessly to ensure that we design a research program that gives your novel test articles/technology the best chance possible to show an efficacious result.
